02 Days- PALANGKARAYA & RUNGAN RIVER TOUR

Day01  : PALANGKARAYA CITY TOUR

Arrive at Cilik Riwut Airport, Transfer to Hotel, Meeting Service, Jembatan Kahayan(Kahayan             Bridge), Monument City of Palangkaraya who Placed by The First President of Indonesia             (Ir.Soekarno), Alun-alun Kota Palangkaraya (Palangkaraya Town square), Souvenir Shop.  ( L.D )

Day02  : PALANGKARAYA       - (Upstream) SUNGAI RUNGAN ( FULLDAY)

Service Meeting at Hotel, Drive to Port and making preparation to Upstream of the Rungan River, Start from Kahayan River, We could be exploring and enjoying of a unique life-style community and their plotting-houses. As long as our journey We would find sub-rever of  Sungai Kahayan (Sungai Rungan) and some small Lakes; Danau Takapan, Danau Rangas, Danau Hambubut, by-pass to Putuk             Katimpun Village, Danau Rawet, by-pass to Hampapak (small village), Danau Kalawet (Uwa-Uwa             Conservation). Then we are continuing to journey through by Sungai Dapur, Danau Biyawak, Marang Village and the end at Sungai Gohong Port.

From Gohong Port, we go to KMC (Kalimantan Meeting Centre) for break, Depart from KMC we will continue to Arboretum and Tahai Lake, and then depart to Palangkaraya by Land. (B, L,).

03 Days - Orangutan Explore Overnight Houseboat

Day. 01 Airport – Kumai – Proboscis Tour –Houseboat

On arrival at Pangkalan Bun airport, meeting service then transfer to Kumai, seaport and the gate to reach National Park. Onboard, crossing Kumai river in approximately 15 minutes to reach Seikonyer river, the min river in National Park. Lunch will be served on boat by our own cook. We are riding on the boat about 2 hours to reach National Park. At 16.30 we continue our tour to observe Proboscis monkeys along the riverbanks. Proboscis monkeys are being the endemic animal that can be seen only in Borneo. Dinner and Overnight on the boat (L, D)

Day 02. Houseboat – Pondok Tanggui – Camp Leakey – Houseboat

After break fast, we will do activity at Pondok Tanggui the second rehabilitation center where we can enjoy many babies and juveniles at feeding area around 09.00 AM, taking pictures while having the information from your guide about them. We continue our tour to reach the highlight of National Park, Camp Leakey area. It will pass the black river which is full of wildlife within such as many kind of birds, primates, fish, also crocodiles. Arriving at Camp Leakey, we have hiking track into the forest to gain information of the heterogen forest wildlife while observing some wild animal as well. At 12.00 back to the boat for having lunch which will be served by our own cook which special various food. We continue our tour by following orangutan feeding program which is being held at 14.00, bringing milk and fruits, feeders will lead us to the state platform. We will enjoy the situation till 16.00 back to the boat, downstream to Tanjung Harapan for overnight and having dinner. (B,L,D)

Day 03.Houseboat  – Kumai – Airport

Morning breakfast on the boat in Tanjung Harapan, then boating down the river back to Kumai. Direct transfer to Pangkalan Bun airport for your next destination. (B)

After breakfast, boating upstream to get to the second station called Pondok Tanggui, where the babies and juveniles of the Orangutan fed. It will be taking 1 hour to reach the place from the lodge. Enjoying the situation till 10.00,continuing our tour to Pasalat reforestation where we can see how the way to heal the jungle from the destruction. Lunch will be served en-route by our own cook on the boat. Hiking in the jungle to see the heterogen of the jungle. Back to the boat to visit Tanjung Harapan village where we can see the the Malayan and Semi Dayak settlement in the gate of National park. Dinner and overnight on the boat(B,L,D)

Day 04 Houseboat-Kumai-Airport
